Her 10 years of experience as an owner-operator of a successful service business, along with 11 plus years of multi-family apartment complex and retail shopping center management has enhanced her negotiation skills, property value analytic and commercial industry expertise.
As a commercial broker and property manager, she has demonstrated exceptional negotiation skills and utilizes her knowledge of the real estate industry to provide quality of service to her clients and customize their search for the ideal location.
Rose currently serves on the Golden Mile Alliance Board of Directors, which was set up in partnership with the City of Frederick to foster a vibrant and safe community through business, neighborhood and economic development activities.
