Patrick brings over 22-years of sales and business experience to the Turning Point team. He has built a foundation of loyal customers and friends who appreciate his dedication, knowledge, reliability, and effective “get it done” attitude. His true customer-first philosophy is evident by the number repeat customers and referrals he enjoys.
Patrick’s background includes many years as the most profitable salesperson at his family’s $50 million, 200-employee strong printing company in Rockville. While successfully growing and fostering outside relationships, he also served as sales manager and later, president of the company. He was honored to be chosen as one of the industry’s “Top 20 Stars Under 40” nationally by Printing Impressions magazine. With sweeping changes to the industry, Patrick was instrumental in the tough decision to close the successful company while it was still profitable. Helping to facilitate the sale of their 100,000 -square-foot facility and, later, negotiating leases for his own small business led Patrick to pursue his interest in real estate full time. He naturally gravitated toward residential real estate so he can work one-on-one with clients. He is excited to use his vast community knowledge and large personal and professional networks to help clients find their best real estate solutions.
Patrick played football for Boston University while earning a degree in Communications. He stayed in the area for a few years after graduation before making his way back home to the Washington, DC area. He and his wife, Jackie, and their two children live in Rockville and are very active in their school and church communities. Patrick loves to coach his children’s sports teams and goes to as many Nationals games as possible.
Whether you’re ready to buy or sell a property or simply have a question, please don’t hesitate to call Patrick—together, you’ll make a great team.
